Questions people actually ask
- What counts as a site?
- One physical address where work happens — a facility, a clinic, a plant. Wings, floors, wards and rooms inside that building are not extra sites. Model your building in as much detail as you like; it costs nothing.
- Why per site instead of per user?
- Because the moment you charge per head, someone has to decide whether the weekend housekeeper is worth a licence. The answer is always no, and then the person most likely to spot a hazard has no way to report it. Safety software only works when everybody is on it, so everybody is included.
- Do contractors and agency staff cost extra?
- No. Give them an account, assign them work, let them close it out. Same price.
- We run more than ten sites.
- Then let's talk — multi-site groups get volume pricing and help migrating what you already have. Email us.
- How do we pay?
- Invoice or card, monthly or annually, whichever your finance team prefers. Purchase orders and net-30 terms are fine. We'll send a secure payment link.
- What happens to our data if we leave?
- You export it — audits, actions, drill logs, SDS records, photos. It's your compliance record, not ours. Cancel any time; no notice period, no exit fee.
- Is there a setup fee?
- No. We'll help you load your sites, templates and SDS library as part of the pilot.
